Ninja Fitness classes will hit all major muscle groups with close attention to mobility, flexibility, core grip and upper body strength. Upper body and grip strength are imperative to becoming a successful Ninja! – this class will definitely give you amazing upper body strength. Don’t be afraid entry level of beginner, intermediate and advanced will be catered too.
Get into warrior mode with our Ninja Fitness obstacles -
Conquer the warped wall – requiring speed, accelaration and grip strength
Succeed on the Salmon Ladder – requiring extreme explosive upper body strength
Nail the Nun chucks – requires hand, grip and shoulder strength. Amazing strength to be able to hold bodyweight off one limb!
Combat the Canon Balls – requires hand and grip strength along with shoulder flexibility and strength
Climb the cargo nat – requires balance, leg and hand co-ordination and full body strength
Become a Pro on the Peg Board – requires grip strength, shoulder & back strength, coordination skill and technique
Master the Monkey Bars – requires shoulder and grip strength, one of the most fun once accomplished
All the above along with agility gymnastic conditioning exercises, move the body in all different challenging ways.

Boot Camp Fusion & Conditionin Classes

Fusion is an all round class that incorporates cardio, conditioning, boxing and weights.Great for beginners and advanced and every session is different!

Boxing / Kickboxing / Kick Ass (a bit more self defence in this class)

We offer Kickfit classes each week – a fat burning workout using boxing bags, focus mits and conditioning. All our personal trainers are boxing trained so book in for a private session or ask for it in your personal training sessions.

Tabata Body Weight Class

Great way to start the week on a Monday morning! 20 seconds of training, 10 seconds rest, repeat for 8 rounds! a whole mix of different exercises using body weight only.


A mix of kettle bell, body weight exercises and yoga to finish!


Vinyasa flow yoga, long deep stretches focusing on hamstrings, hips and shoulders.

In Pilates, the focus is the body’s core strength – the deep, internal muscles of the back, abdomen and legs. Learning how to use and strengthen the core muscles helps our bodies become stronger, leaner and more efficient.

We believe a Pilates class that that if you can’t feel the burning it is not worth doing. This is why Tash will cut out any ineffective exercises that you don’t feel, leaving incredibly effective workouts that burn fat, tone your body and leave you looking and feeling amazing!! Each class is 60 minutes long & works the entire body each and every time you visit.
