All round boot camp style class that incorporates cardio, conditioning, boxing and weights.Great for beginners and advanced and every session is different!
Personal Training but within a small group. Extra fees associated with this class. $40 per week or $20 per week if you are already a member. Sessions are capped at 6 people maximum, run for 1 hour and the sessions are run by a Personal Trainer. The trainer will either be giving the group a set workout to complete within the hour or assigning individuals different workouts to complete. It’s a great affordable way to stay accountable to a trainer, work hard and get results.
