GET FUNCTIONAL – MON 6AM

the class is based on whole body exercises to increase heart rate combined with corrective exercise and conditioning exercises to increase mobility through our major joints, stability through core and increase function.

CROSSCORE – TUESDAY 7PM & THURSDAY 6AM

If you want a hard core then this class is for you! A whole body workout that focuses on the core but get ready to work upper & lower body using the NEW CrossCore suspension system.

FUSION – MON 6PM, WED 6AM, FRI 6AM, SAT 9AM

All round boot camp style class that incorporates cardio, conditioning, boxing and weights.Great for beginners and advanced and every session is different!

PILATES – WEDNESDAY 7PM

A whole body, mat-based class which focuses on your core muscles, helping improve your strength, flexibility, posture, concentration and coordination.

KICKFIT – THURSDAY 6PM

A fat burning workout using boxing bags, focus mits and conditioning. Combining boxing, kickboxing and lots of conditioning!

BODY BLITZ – MON 7AM, TUE 6AM & 7AM, WED 5PM, THU 7PM, FRI 7AM and SAT 8AM

Personal Training but within a small group. Extra fees associated with this class. $40 per week or $20 per week if you are already a member. Sessions are capped at 6 people maximum, run for 1 hour and the sessions are run by a Personal Trainer. The trainer will either be giving the group a set workout to complete within the hour or assigning individuals different workouts to complete. It’s a great affordable way to stay accountable to a trainer, work hard and get results.
