Emma -Kate Hitchcock


Prior to becoming a mother I worked in the hospitality industry, during which time I nurtured my interest in nutrition and developed a long term relationship with Iyengar Yoga. Taking care of my health and wellbeing was always a priority, but after child number 3 I realised I needed more specialist care and that’s when I found Tash.

Learning more about training inspired me to share the power of good health with others which lead me to a career in fitness.

Completing a Diploma in Pilates as well as Cert IV in Fitness means my areas of speciality are functional movement, core strength, postural alignment and rehabilitation as well as the Fitness Kick alkaline lifestyle. I love working with clients, watching them learn about their own bodies and discovering their potential!

I am still devoted to Iyengar Yoga, I love suspension training and resistance training and you can be sure to see me joining in the classes on the Fitness Kick timetable!
